    In Spain it is mandatory, according to the Ministerial Order of November 22, 1997, to have valid diving insurance. Since I do not have the diving insurance or it is not updated, I must present one at the Cabo la Nao Diving Center or contract it with the Cabo la Nao Diving Center on the first day of the diving activity.

    Rules and Warnings

    • It is FORBIDDEN to collect marine organisms during dives
    • The DIVER is fully RESPONSIBLE for the custody of the RENTAL MATERIAL owned by the center, and must return it in the event of deterioration due to negligence, loss or theft during the performance of the contracted activity.
    • The QUALIFIED DIVER is responsible for checking the proper functioning of the equipment to be used for diving, whether it is their own or rented equipment, as well as verifying that the correct air load is in the tank.
    • The center IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the personal belongings that THE DIVER deposits in the perimeter of its facilities during their stay in them.
    • After diving with compressed air, it is necessary to WAIT between 12 and 18 hours BEFORE traveling by plane.
    It is essential to practice recreational diving at the Cabo la Nao Diving Center to fill out the questionnaire on the state of health for the practice of recreational diving
